You can delete your Chinook Maps account and everything in it from inside the app: About → Account and saved places → Delete account. That is immediate.
This form is for anyone who cannot do that — because the app is uninstalled, or the phone is gone. Tell us the email address on the account and we will delete it.
That is everything we hold. Nothing is retained in a “deleted” state, and there are no backups kept for restoring erased accounts. It cannot be undone.
